Compassionate Therapy and Whole-Body Wellness for Adults
Support for anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, relationship struggles, and emotional healing
You Deserve to Feel Like Yourself Again
Maybe you’ve spent so long trying to hold everything together that you barely recognize yourself anymore. Anxiety, relationship struggles, past experiences, or constant self-doubt can leave you feeling emotionally exhausted and disconnected from the person you want to be.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve been disappointed, misunderstood, or taught to push your feelings aside. At Eden Mental Health and Wellness, therapy is meant to feel grounded, collaborative, and safe.

About Eden Mental Health and Wellness
Eden Mental Health and Wellness was created to be a space where people feel deeply seen, safe, and supported while doing the hard work of healing. Our team understands that many people have spent years carrying emotional pain silently while trying to keep functioning. We believe healing begins when people are given the space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel understood without judgment.
Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, somatic therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and inner-child work to help clients better understand the deeper roots of their struggles.
We believe lasting healing involves more than just talking through symptoms. Our approach focuses on the connection between mind and body. The goal is not perfection. It is helping people feel more whole, more connected, and more like themselves again.
Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. We provide secure online therapy for adults throughout Montana and Utah, making it easier to access support no matter where you are located.
Do you accept insurance?
We currently accept BCBS and Optum. Private pay options are also available.
What does “whole-body wellness” mean?
We believe emotional health is connected to the way we care for our bodies, relationships, and daily lives. Alongside therapy, we may explore stress, nervous-system regulation, lifestyle habits, and overall wellness as part of the healing process.
Who do you work with?
We work with adults across Montana and Utah who are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship struggles, low self-worth, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. While many of our clients are women, we welcome anyone looking for compassionate, grounded support.
